It sounds like a small thing, but it’s not.
It’s not easy to stand in front of the world and say: This is what I know. This is what I do. This is who I am.
And I know how easy it is to tell yourself: I’m not ready yet. It’s not perfect. Who am I to share my opinion? Others already know all of this. Maybe it’s not that important.
But here’s the truth: The world has changed. The way we gain knowledge has changed. The definition of success and its prerequisites have changed. And maybe most importantly – social media as we know it in the business context is changing.
(And I’m grateful for that. It was painful to watch people I admire – top experts in their fields – getting lost in a world where follower count on Instagram meant more than the quality of what they offered. I felt ashamed, even though I had no right to – but I did – of their attempts to, by compromising everything they are, get one more like, playing the entertainer in front of the camera, because, well, that’s how it has to be 💰)
Luckily, the algorithm has taken over the game.
It no longer asks how many followers you have. It asks what you know and how much you’re worth. Content is now served based on searches, views, and interactions – not based on how many times you (maybe by accident) caught a trend.
Social media is no longer just a space for entertainment.
It’s a tool. An opportunity we’ve never had before.
Of course, this doesn’t mean that all the Instagram noise will disappear overnight. But what is inevitably happening is a redistribution of power and opportunity – opportunity for those who have something to say and who are ready to stand behind their knowledge and authenticity.
If that’s you.
If you know your worth.
If you’ve invested in your knowledge for years and you know you have something to pass on.
If you’ve built your business with dedication, faced challenges, learned from your mistakes, and know you deserve to take it to the next level.
If you’re ready to step out of the shadows and claim your place in the market.
And if you want to do one good thing for your future – don’t ignore this opportunity.
