On June 20, 2025, the Prompting Academy was held for employees of the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Through hands-on work, we focused on the practical use of generative artificial intelligence, with special emphasis on prompting – a skill that is increasingly becoming essential in communication and business processes.

In direct conversation with over 20 representatives of local companies from various sectors, we opened important topics, exchanged ideas, and addressed challenges that come with rapid technological development.
As the participants’ reactions clearly showed – the concerns are real, they affect all of us, and it is crucial to start addressing them now. We cannot wait for “ideal circumstances” – the time to invest in knowledge and AI literacy is now.

My sincere thanks to the Chamber for the invitation, trust, and openness to collaboration. It was a great honor and pleasure to share knowledge and experience with companies that recognize the importance of innovation.
