It’s time to turn your idea into a plan! 💼
Maybe you already have a business idea in mind. Or you’re thinking about starting something of your own “one day.” Today, you’ll learn how AI can help you turn just one sentence into the foundation of a complete business plan – without complicated templates or empty buzzwords.
🎯 Today’s Goal: Learn how to use AI to develop a business idea into a structured, inspiring, and concrete business plan – ready for presentation, grants, investors, or personal motivation.
📝 Task:
1. Write down your idea
- Imagine someone asks you: “What do you want to start?”
- Write your answer in one sentence:
- “I want to open a small yoga studio in nature.”
- “I have an idea for an app that helps kids learn foreign languages through games.”
- Paste your idea into ChatGPT and add:
- “Based on this idea, help me write a business plan: include sections such as vision, mission, goals, target group, product/service description, market analysis, and financial overview.”
2. Ask for name and slogan suggestions
- “Suggest 5 interesting names for this idea.”
- “Create a slogan that is both inspirational and clear.”
3. Create your first logo using AI tools
- Option 1: Logo via ChatGPT + DALL·E
- “Create a logo concept based on this name and slogan.”
- “Generate a simple black-and-white logo for the brand ‘Brand Name’ – modern, minimalist, and child-friendly.”
- Option 2: Free AI logo design tools:
💡 Bonus Tip:
At the end, ask AI to format your business plan as a PDF presentation, grant application, or pitch deck!
“Format this text as a submission for a women’s entrepreneurship fund.”
“Write me a 5-sentence pitch for presenting the idea.”
🧠 Mini Reflection:
How did it feel to see your idea written out clearly and concretely? Did AI offer any new perspectives you hadn’t considered? Does this now feel like something you could actually launch?
That’s enough for this week. You’ve learned the basics of using ChatGPT (and the same principles apply to Claude, Gemini, Perplexity AI…).
📩 Take a break! On Monday, Challenge #6 arrives – and we’ll start with slightly more complex tasks.
