On June 18, 2025, a training session was held for the employees of the Municipality of Travnik on the topic of artificial intelligence and its application in everyday operations.

At a time when more than 50% of public institutions still rely on paper as the primary means of internal communication, the Municipality of Travnik demonstrates that change is possible – towards greater efficiency, speed, and transparency.

I hope their example will inspire other public institutions to recognize the importance of early adoption of new technologies and to harness the potential of artificial intelligence to improve public services.
