The 2025 Enterprise AI Trends Report

A new study reveals how the world’s largest companies use artificial intelligence to boost efficiency, accelerate innovation, and better manage risks. The research uncovers key trends shaping AI strategies in 2025 — and how leaders are overcoming obstacles like data quality and technical compliance to achieve real transformation.

According to the report, 66% of executives say productivity and knowledge access are at the core of their AI strategies, while 55% of companies cite data quality and availability as the biggest barrier to scaling. Although only 16% of organizations have fully integrated AI into their operations, an increasing number are moving from experimentation to full implementation.

While many firms were still testing AI capabilities in 2024, 2025 marks a shift toward tangible results. Decisions remain largely driven at the executive level, but mid-level managers are increasingly involved, signaling broader organizational commitment.

Notably, highly regulated industries — such as finance, healthcare, and insurance — are leading in AI adoption, demonstrating that even sectors with strict rules can be pioneers in digital transformation.

The biggest implementation challenges are no longer cost or talent shortages, but data quality, compliance, and system integration. Companies are now using AI not only to increase efficiency but also for advanced decision-making, knowledge access, and improved customer experience. Delivery models are becoming hybrid, combining deployment speed with control and customization so AI can be both practical and transformative.
